摘要
对全铝合金RC光学系统低温下像质检测的关键技术进行研究和分析,建立低温测试装置,给出低温检测结果,并分析实验现象。
The key technology of measuring the image quality of the all aluminium alloy RC optical systems at the cryogenic temperature is researched and analyzed.A cryogenic measurment equipment is set up.The measuring results are given.
