摘要
叙述了 CRT、 LCD、PDP、 FED及OEL技术发展和趋势。在显示领域里 TFT LCD的技术进步是最快的,例如:在6~7年时间里,分辨率由CGA(320×240)发展到UXGA(1600×1200);像素密度超过 200dpi;用光学补偿膜或IPS、 MVA、 SAM等技术得到宽视角,克服了 LCD显示视角窄的缺点;用低温多晶硅技术,把周边驱动电路集成到 TFT LCD屏上等。最后描述了我国显示技术发展现状与前景。
The trend of display and technical development of CRT, LCD, PDP, FED and OEL are narrated. The technical progress of TFT LCD is the fastest in the field of display. For example, the definition is increased from CGA(320×240) to UXGA(1600 ×1 200) during 6~7 years, pixel density is over 200dpi, wide viewing angle has been obtained with optical compensation film or IPS, MVA, SAM technology, the shortage of narrow viewing angle has been overcome, the peripheral drive circuit is integrated on TFT LCD panel using low temperature polysilicon technology and so on. The present and prospect of display technology in our country are described at last.
