绍兴地区0～14岁儿童纤维结合蛋白参考区间建立

Establishment of the reference range of fibronectin for children aged 0-14 years old in Shaoxing region

目的探讨本地区健康儿童纤维结合蛋白(Fn)水平,建立儿童医学参考区间。方法选择652例0～14岁肝、肾、心、肺功能均正常的儿童为研究对象,其中男童360名,女童292名,分别按年龄段0～1岁、2～3岁、4～14岁分3组。用免疫透射比浊法原理在Abbott Aeroset型全自动生化分析仪检测Fn,测定结果用美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)C28-A2进行统计处理。结果按年龄段,健康男童Fn区间分别为:131.9～270.8μg/mL、132.9～284.8μg/mL、132.5～270.3μg/mL(P>0.05),0～14岁健康男童参考区间为132.8～272.2μg/mL;女童为142.6～306.4μg/mL、135.6～284.2μg/mL、136.0～264.0μg/mL(P>0.05),0～14岁健康女童参考区间为137.5～285.4μg/mL。结论实验室有必要根据CLSI C28-A2文件的规定建立自己的参考值范围,供不同临床科室参考。

Objective To investigate the value of fibronectin （Fn） among healthy children in Shaoxing region, and establish the medical reference range for children. Methods A total of 652 children （360 boys and 290 girls） aged 0- 14 years old, whose liver, kidney, heart and lung functions were normal,were enrolled. The children were classified into 3 groups： 0-1 year old,2-3 years old and 4-14 years old. Fn was detected by immuno-turbidimetry using Abbott Aeroset automatic biochemical analyzer. The detection results were processed according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute （CLSI） C28-A2 document. Results The Fn reference ranges in healthy children according to age classification were 131. 9-270. 8 ug/mL, 132. 9-284. 8 ug/mL and 132. 5-270. 3 ug/mL for boys and 142. 6- 306.4 ug/mL, 135.6-284.2 ug/mL and 136.0-264.0 ug/mL for girls （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The Fn reference ranges for boys and girls aged 0-14 years old were 132.8-272.2 ug/mL and 137.5 - 285.4 ug/mL, respectively. Conclusions Laboratory should establish its own reference range for Fn according to CLSI C28-A2 document, in order to provide reference for different clinical departments.
