西藏高等院校发展特殊教育专业的思考

Reflections on the Professional Development of Special Education in Colleges and Universities in Tibet

特殊教育作为教育的一个重要组成部分,在西藏一直处于落后状态,高校特殊教育专业的缺失导致的高水平师资的缺乏是重要原因。西藏各高校应当依托其教育资源和教学优势,开设适合西藏实际需要的特殊教育专业,并在教育实践过程中逐步探索合适的专业模式,进而促进西藏教育事业与社会的和谐发展。

Special education, as an important part of education, has been in a state of backwardness in Tibet, which is largely due to the lack of high-level teaching staff caused by special education deficiency in colleges and universities. The colleges and universities in Tibet should establish the major of special education suitable for the actual needs of Tibet, relying on its resources of education and teaching advantages, and gradually explore an appropriate professional mode in educational practice to promote the harmonious development of educational business in Tibet and the society.
