为提高乒乓球普修课教学质量,在乒乓球普修课考试中进行"自主式"方法的实验。结果表明:"自主式"考试能使学生充分的感受到考试的透明性和公正性;使学生更好地理解考试的内涵,从而自觉提高乒乓球理论和实践水平;有利于学生奠定良好的终身体育基础。以期为高校乒乓球考试方式改革提供理论和实践依据。

In order to improve the teaching quality of the general course of table tennis, independent test is used in the exam of the course. The research finds out that the independent test can convince the students of its fairness, can enable the students to have better understanding of the connotation of the test and life-long P.E.
