摘要 目的:观察阿托伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者血压和高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法:62例血脂正常高血压患者被随机均分为常规治疗组和阿托伐他汀组(在常规降压治疗基础上加服阿托伐他汀20mg/d),治疗12周,分别检测治疗前后患者血压和血清hsCRP水平。结果:治疗后与常规治疗组比较,阿托伐他汀组患者血压[收缩压:(137.35±13.66)mmHg比(132.12±12.68)mmHg,舒张压:(86.61±9.16)mmHg比(81.29±8.92)mmHg]和血清hsCRP[(7.54±1.36)mg/L比(5.07±1.06)mg/L]水平均明显降低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀对血脂正常高血压有协同降压作用,同时降低患者血清高敏C反应蛋白水平,提示其作用机制可能与抑制炎症反应有关。 Objective: To observe influence of atorvastatin on blood pressure and high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and normal blood lipidemia. Methods: A total of 62 EH pa- tients with normal blood lipidemia were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group and atorvastatingroup (received atorvastatin 20 mg/d additionally based on routine antihypertensive therapy), and they were treated for 12 weeks. Blood pressure and serum hsCRP level were measured before and after treatment in two groups. Resuits: Compared with routine treatment group after treatment, there were significant decrease in blood pressure [systolic blood pressure: (137.35 ± 13.66) mmHg vs. (132.12 ± 12.68) mmHg, diastolic blood pressure.. (86. 61± 9.16) mmHg vs. (81.29 ±8.92) mmHg] and serum hsCRP level [ (7.54 ± 1.36) mg/L vs. (5.07 ± 1.06) mg/L] in atorvastatin group, P〈0.05 or d〈.01. Conclusion: Atorvastatin possesses synergistic hypotensive effect in patients with essential hypertension and normal blood lipidemia, and simultaneously decreases serum level of high sensitive C reactive protein, suggesting that its mechanism my be related with inhibition of inflammatory reaction.
