摘要
在电解冶炼工业中多采用大电流整流器进行整流供电,整流器多采用柜式多个二极管并联结构。在整流二极管并联时,在各并联支路之间会因导通时间差异和因正向压降差或因支路间存在互感以及处于直流母线不同位置等原因引起电流分配不均,进而均流系数降低,对整流柜的安全运行、损耗和供电出力影响比较大。采取有效的措施及方法来提高整流柜的均流系数显得十分必要。
Rectifying power supply of heavy current rectifiers is adopted in electrolytic smelting industry. The rectifier a- dopts a cabinet with multiple diode parallel structure. When the diodes are paralleled, the guiding time difference be- tween the parallels and the forward direction differential pressure or the common redctance between the branch circuits and the different positions of DC busbars can bring about nonuniforming current, thus uniforming current ecofficient low which affects greatly the rectification cabinet in safe operation, loss and power supply. It is necessany to adot efficient measures and methosd to increase the uniform current coefficient of the rectificant cabinet.
