玻璃熔窑保温节能理论探讨及钛纳硅隔热材料应用 被引量:4

摘要 结合国内玻璃熔窑的能耗现状和"十二五"节能规划要求,从理论上探讨了钛纳硅隔热材料保温后对窑体散热量的影响,主要体现在保温后表面温度下降、附近环境温度下降(保温表面散热减少)、热流密度降低等方面,从而实现明显的节能效果。并通过具体实例介绍了钛纳硅隔热材料相对于传统保温材料的优良性能和保温节能效果,表明通过钛纳硅隔热材料保温工程基本上可以实现整体能耗下降10%左右的目标。目前,该保温节能技术已经列入"国家重点节能技术目录",给玻璃生产企业和其他高耗能企业带来很大的经济和社会效益。 Based on present energy consumption status of domestic glass melting furnaces and the ener- gy conservation requirements of twelfth five year plan, the effects of titanium nano - silicon insulating material on the heat loss of furnace were theoretically discussed. Through the lowering of surface tem- perature of furnace and ambient temperature by insulating material (heat loss reduction from surface) and decrease of heat flow density the energy saving effect was estimated. The practice of some cases gave the samples for showing energy saving effect of the titanium nano - silicon insulating material. Those results indicatecl that it could reduce the energy consumption about 10% by using that insulating material. This insulating technique has listed in the "National key energy saving techniques". It would create high economic and social benefit for glass industry and other high energy consumption industry.
