摘要
针对我国钢材市场,选用Q235热轧角钢设计并制作了两种截面、两种组合方式的4个防屈曲支撑试件。为检验组合热轧角钢防屈曲支撑的构造和滞回性能,进行了低周反复加载静力试验,研究了包括荷载-位移滞回曲线、割线刚度及其退化规律、等效粘滞阻尼比等在内的抗震性能。结果表明:试件荷载-位移滞回曲线稳定、饱满、对称;钢材品种、截面形式对刚度退化规律及等效阻尼比的变化规律没有影响;国产组合热轧角钢防屈曲支撑构造合理,具有良好的耗能性能和抗低周疲劳性能,是一种新型的耗能支撑。
With hot-rolled steel Q235 in China,four specimens of buckling-restrained brace,with two kinds of cross section shape two kinds of composed method,are designed,manufactured and tested for the steel market in China.To detect the seismic performance and conformation of Buckling-Restrained Brace(BRB),cyclically loading tests are conducted,as well as force-deformation loops,tangent stiffness,equivalent damping ratio.It is proved that the load-deformation loops of BRB is stable,energetic and symmetrical.The equivalent stiffness and damping ratio are unaffected by steel variety and section form.This BRB is a new type of energy dissipation brace,which has a reliable conformation,with high energy dissipation ability and seismic ductility.
