摘要
通过理论分析,研制了一种防护箱式建筑围护结构传热系数现场检测仪,并对防护箱/冷箱温控精度进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:防护箱内各点最大温差为0.42℃,单点温度最大波动为0.57℃;冷箱内各点最大温差为0.53℃,单点温度最大波动为0.29℃,防护箱/冷箱内的空气温度稳定性和均匀性较好,温控精度较高。该现场检测仪在实际应用过程中,不受环境温度限制,控温效果好,与现有检测仪比较,检测结果更加稳定,传热系数波动在±0.01 W/(m2.K)之内,检测结果准确,适用于建筑围护结构传热系数的现场检测。
A site test instrument with guard box for heat transfer coefficient of building envelope was developed through theoretical analysis.And the temperature control accuracy in the guard box/cold box was studied.The results showed that: Firstly,the maximum temperature difference at different position in the guard box was 0.42℃,the maximum temperature fluctuation in the guard box was 0.57℃.Secondly,the maximum temperature difference at different position in the cold box was 0.53℃,the maximum temperature fluctuation in the cold box was 0.29℃.The stability and uniformity of air temperature in the guard box/cold box were better and the temperature control accuracy was higher.The site test instrument is not affected by ambient temperature,and has a good effect for temperature control in the actual application process,and has more stable result compared with the existing test instrument.At the same time it can get accurate result,and also the fluctuation of heat transfer coefficient is within 0.01 W /(m2·K).Therefore,the site test instrument applies to site test for the heat transfer coefficient of building envelope.
