河北省构建与完善科技金融体系的政策建议

Policy Recommendations for Construction and Improvement of Technology Financial System in Hebei Province

文中对我国科技金融试点工作的开展和运行进行了叙述和总结,同时针对在这一背景下,我省要如何抓住国家推进科技金融试点的有利机遇,争取石家庄与廊坊进入第二批科技金融试点地区行列,申请设立河北股权托管交易中心,确保石家庄高新区进入"新三板"扩容试点的工作给出了建议,为完善河北省科技金融体系,拓宽企业的融资渠道,全面推进我省高新技术产业发展和产业结构升级提供了很好的参考。

The paper summarizes the development and operation of technology financial pilot work in our country. It proposes some suggestions for Hebei Province on how to seize the opportunity of China^s improving technology financial pilot so as to strive for Shijiazhuang and I.angfang^s joining in the second batch of technology financial pilot, apply for establishing Hebei Stock Transaction Center and guarantee the new and high-tech zones in Shijiazhuang to join in the expansion pilot of ＂the New 3 Board＂. Meanwhile, it also provides some references for Hebei Province to perfect the technology financial system, widen the financing channels of enterprises and improve the development and structure upgrading of high and new technology industries.
