摘要
以三聚氯氰和亚磷酸三甲酯为原料,制备出一种三嗪类膦系膨胀型无醛阻燃剂.通过IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、31P-NMR和ESI--MS对其结构进行了表征,测试了阻燃剂的粘度、含固量、磷含量和酸值等性能指标.利用所制阻燃剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量、pH和焙烘温度对阻燃效果的影响,优化了阻燃整理工艺.TG分析结果显示,阻燃整理棉织物的裂解温度下降了约80℃,残渣量增加了近4倍,表明织物不易燃烧.洗涤12次后,仍能达到国家B2级标准,表明整理后的织物具有良好的耐洗性.
A triazine phosphorus intumescent flame retardant without formaldehyde was synthesized by cyanuric chloride and trimethyl phosphite, and its structure was characterized by IR,^1'H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, ^31P-NMR and ESI--MS. The viscosity, solid content, phosphorus content, and acid value of the flame retar- dant were also tested. The flame retardant was applied in flame resistant finishing of cotton fabric. The influ- ences of dosage of flame retardant and crosslinking agent, pH and baking temperature on the flame resistant effect were investigated, and the flame retardant finishing process was also optimized. TG results showed that the main pyrolysis temperature of finished cotton fabric declined about 80℃, and the amount of residue increased nearly 4 times after being burned. It was proved that the fabric was difficult to burn. After 12 times of washing, the flame retardant cotton was still up to GB B2 and showed a good washing fastness.
