摘要
以三苯基膦和氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,通过SN2反应合成氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷季鏻盐.考察了溶剂种类和用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比等因素对反应转化率的影响,采用红外光谱和核磁共振谱表征了产物.结果表明,合成有机硅季鏻盐的最佳工艺为:以40 mL苯甲醇为溶剂,n(三苯基膦)∶n(硅烷)=1∶1.1,135℃反应27 h.通过浸轧将产品用于棉织物的整理,测得整理织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均在80%以上,说明有机硅季鏻盐确实能够提高织物的抗菌性能.研究还表明,整理织物具有一定的耐洗性.
R-chloropropyl triethoxysilane quaternary phosphonium salt was synthesized through SN2 reac- tion, using triphenylphosphine and γ-chloropropyl triethoxysilane as raw materials. The effects of the type and amount of solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of reactants on conversion rate of reac- tion were investigated. The product was characterized by the structure using FTIR and NMR. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: reaction medium was 40 mL benzyl alcohol, mo- lar ratio of triphenylphosphine to γ-chloropropyl triethoxysilane was 1 : 1.1, reaction temperature was 135 % and reaction time was 27 h. The cotton fabric was treated with quaternary phosphonium salt by padding meth- od. The inhibition rates of the treated cotton fabric to E. coli and S. aureus were both more than 80%, which in- dicated that the quaternary phosphonium salt could increase the antibacterial property of the fabric. Further- more, the results showed that the treated fabric had certain washing durability.
