质量持续提升依赖于大学人的文化自觉,需要实现教学文化的转型。教学文化转型有四种考察视角:个人主义教学文化向合作性教学文化转型;控制型教学文化向生成型教学文化转型;记忆型教学文化向思维型教学文化转型;规范型教学文化向人本型教学文化转型。知识转型为教学文化转型提供了知识和观念前提。信息技术在教学领域中的应用为教学文化转型提供了客观物质条件。提高质量的核心任务对教学文化转型提出了刚性要求。新型教学文化具有探究性、人文性、民主性、合作性特质。高校必须为教学文化转型营造制度政策环境。

Sustainable improvement of teaching quality relies on the cultural consciousness of university educators.The transformation of teaching culture can be examined in perspectives.There are four perspectives in transformation of teaching culture： the transformation of culture teaching from individualism to cooperative,the transformation from mandatory to generative,the transformation from receptive to thinking and the transformation.from disciplining to humanistic.The transformation of knowledge provides premise of idea and information technology which applied in teaching to provide objective conditions for the transformation of teaching culture.The core tasks of quality improvement raise rigid requirements.The new transformation of teaching culture has explorative,humanistic,democratic and cooperative traits.Colleges and universities must build institutional and policy environment for the transformation of teaching culture.
