《美国高等教育的历程》是当代美国高等教育研究的重要著作之一,它客观全面地介绍了美国高等教育近400年的发展历程,其中尤以1994到2009年为介绍重点;并就如教育平等、高校自治等具有重要意义的问题做了深度探索。这部著作现由渭南师范学院梁燕玲教授译成中文,教育科学出版社出版。

The Shaping of American Higher Education is one of the most important works of research on contemporary higher education in the United States.This work objectively and comprehensively introduces the development course of nearly 400 years of American higher education,particularly in 1994—2009.And it makes the depth exploration about the equality of education,university autonomy and so on.This work is translated into Chinese by Professor Liang Yanling of Weinan Normal University,published by the Educational Science Publishing House.
