基于语言经济学的商务英语实践教学探讨

Practice Teaching of Business English Based on Economics of Language

实践教学是培养商务英语专业学生应用技能的重要手段。研究表明,目前我国商务英语实践教学存在诸多问题,如复合型、"双师型"教师匮乏,实践教学体系滞后和流于形式。商务英语作为一门语言,具有经济学性质。以广交会等大型交易会为平台,单项模拟训练———综合技能模拟训练———顶岗实习这一商务英语实践教学模式能充分体现商务英语价值、效用、费用和效益等经济学特征,对克服商务英语实践教学形式主义,培养具有国际视野的复合型、应用型商务英语专业人才能起到积极作用。

Practice teaching plays a critical role in helping students＇put what they have learnt into practice.Current researches show that there are many problems existing in practice teaching of business English in China,with double-qualified teaching staff in deficiency;practice teaching system becoming a form and lagging behind.Business English,as a language,endows with the nature of economics.The practice teaching model of single practice—integrated practice—internship on the basis of Canton Fair manifests the economic value,utility,cost and benefits of business English.It is hoped that the model will contribute to the current practice teaching of business English and cultivating applied inter-disciplinary business English talents with global outlook.
