高等教育大众化,满足了人们提升知识水平与教育层次的需求,奠定了现代大学制度的人才基础。但不可否认,行政主导的高等教育跨越式发展,并没有清除民众头脑中残存的精英意识,也没有使教育主体完全适应教育客体、环体、介体的变化,形成新的人才培养模式,从而使人才培养脱节于市场需求,进而诱发了大学生的就业危机。打造素质教育体系,高校明确自身定位,完善职业课程体系,建立就业援助体系,势在必行。

The popularization of higher education satisfies the people to promote the knowledge level and education level of demand and lays the foundation of talents of modern university system.But it is undeniable,the great-leap-forward development of higher education administration leadership;it does not remove the remaining people in the mind of the elite consciousness and does not make the subject of education fully adapted to the education object,the ring body,mediator and the formation of the new personnel training mode,so that the personnel training is away from the market demand,and then it induces the students the employment crisis.It is available to build the system of quality education in colleges and universities,clear its position occupation,perfect curriculum system and establish employment aid system.
