摘要
实现道德内化是德育的着眼点。在大学生道德内化方面主要存在主体性作用发挥不够、方法陈旧、内容空泛、针对性不强等问题。要充分考虑到大学生的心理特性、接受能力等因素,采取多样化的道德教育方法和手段。一是培养大学生道德内化意识,在理解和认同的基础上形成主动认知;二是创造条件,让学生形成全面的道德认知和丰富的道德体验;三是正面引导,充分发挥大学生榜样在道德内化中的示范教育作用;四是多方配合,营造大学生道德内化的良好环境;五是通过社会实践促进大学生的道德内化,为大学生道德内化提供平台和机会,着力提升大学生道德内化的实效性。
Achieving morality's internalization is the key to ideological education.There are some problems in inefficiency of the subject's exertion,the old method,the lack of ideas,and the lack of pertinence.The paper suggests the full consideration of the college student's mental features,acceptable ability,to teach in the ways and means of multi-ideological education.The first is to cultivate the college student's internal sense,to form the initiative cognition based on the understanding and identity.The second is to create conditions to let students form the moral cognition and the colorful moral experience.The third is to give the positive guidance,to fully exert the model of college students in the role of the self-education of moral internalization.The forth is to create the better settings for the college student's moral internalization.The fifth is to promote the college student's moral internalization by social practice,to provide the stage and the chance for it,in order to improve the efficiency of the college student's moral internalization.
