Study on the Necessary Quality of the Full-time Instructor in Universities

育人者要先自育,当前形势的发展要求高校专职辅导员具备更高的素质。文章从思想政治素质、专业知识和能力素质、管理能力素质、与时俱进和开拓创新四个方面进行了论述。着力建设一支高素质的辅导员队伍是高校人才建设的重要组成部分,利于高校顺利开展学生工作、进一步提高教学质量和推进素质教育。

The educators must educate themselves firstly.In present situation,higher quality is necessary for university full-time instructors,and this paper discusses this question from four sides such as the ideological and political quality,professional knowledge and ability quality,management ability quality,and exploration innovation quality,respectively.Focusing on building a high-quality instructor is an important part of the construction of talents in colleges and universities,conductive to student work in universities was carried out smoothly,which would further improve the quality of teaching and the promotion of quality education.
