从有效配置产业要素的视角构建区域合作内生机制的动态模型,可以为区域合作的研究提供一个理论分析框架。区域间产业要素的有效配置可以使国内区域的经济福利和效率得到改进。有效配置产业要素的区域合作内生机制均衡解,取决于区域间要素禀赋以及生产函数指数的变化,因此区域合作的有效均衡解是动态演变的。面对国内产业要素在空间分布的调整以及相对态势的不同,区域合作如果要保持有效配置的均衡,要么必须调整产业要素配置的相互关系,要么必须调整生产函数的指数,即区域产业的转型升级。

The article is about providing the theoretical basis for the research of regional endogenous cooperation by building regional cooperation theoretical models from the perspective of effective industrial configuration elements. Economic welfare and efficiency could be promoted by effective allocation of regional industrial elements in domestic country. Regional cooperation balance of effective configuration industrial elements is decided by the change of factor endowments and production function indexes. So the effective balance of regional cooperation has dynamic development. Domestic industrial elements are different in the adjustment of spatial distribution and also in the relative situation. Therefore, in order to maintain the effective configuration balance of regional cooperation, the correlation of industrial elements allocation or the production function index must be adjusted, that is the regional industrial transformation and upgrading.
