普通高校民族传统体育项目课程发展存在问题及对策

The problems and countermeasures on curriculum dvelopment of national traditional sports in ordinary university

采用专家访谈法和问卷调查法对河南省普通高校民族传统体育课程发展存在的问题进行了研究.整体来看,校领导不重视、师资专项技能缺乏、教师缺乏资源开发意识、缺乏配套的保障与激励机制等因素是民族传统体育项目在高校教学中开展所存在的主要问题.在解决问题的策略上,除了引起学校领导的高度重视外,促进教师观念更新、提高教师开发利用民族传统体育课程资源的积极性也是主要的方面.

Using expert interviews and questionnaire, this article studies the problems and strategies of the traditional sports education in universities in Henan province. On the whole, the main problems of traditional sports teaching in universities are reflected in the lacking of the attention of school leaders, the special skills of teachers, consciousness of resources development of teachers and supporting protection and incentives and so on. To solve these problems, the school leaders should not only attache great importance to the problems, but also promote the teachers to update their concepts and improve their enthusiasm of discovering curriculum resources of traditional sports.
