用透射光栅谱仪测量金箔背侧X射线能谱 被引量:6

MEASUREMENT OF X-RAY SPECTRUM FROM THE BACK OF A GOLD FOIL 

摘要 在星光激光装置上利用波长为 0 3 5 μm的激光辐照金箔靶 ,在金箔靶背侧用透射光栅配X射线chargecoupleddevice系统测量了其发射的软X射线能谱 ,并与用亚千能谱仪测量的结果进行了比较 ,获得了比较一致的结果 .测量结果表明 ,0 17μm厚度的金箔靶背侧的X射线能谱偏离平衡辐射谱 ,具有明显的金等离子体N带和O带辐射结构 . Soft\|X\|ray spectrum from the back of a gold foil,which was irradiated by 0 35?μm laser of “XingGuang” Facility,has been measured by a transmission grating spectrometer.The measured result was compared with that measured with a subkiloelectronvolt\|X\|ray spectrometer and the two measured spectra were in good agreement.The experimental results show that the X\|ray spectrum from the back of 0 17?μm thick gold foil mainly consists of N\|band and O\|band emission of gold and apparently differs from the Planck emission spectrum.
