关于搭建高培党校综合管理信息平台的构想

针对培训管理信息化系统存在的问题,高培党校有必要搭建一套适合培训管理一体化的信息管理平台,以此来提升学校培训管理的质量和水平。本着更好地规范培训管理流程、加强培训收支管理、实现信息共享的原则,要将费用管理系统与培训管理信息系统合并整合为一个系统,实现从培训办班计划、培训班级日常管理、培训办班收支归集、预算预警、绩效考核的全过程一体化平台管理模式。

Because of the problems in the information system of training management, it is necessary to set up an integrat ed information system to meet the need of training management in order to improve the quality of training management. On the prineiple of standardizing the procedure management, strengthening the balance of payment and realizing the information sharing, we put forward a suggestion of setting up a new information system to integrate the expense management with training management. In this way, we can realize the integrated management of training plan, training management, the balance of payment, budget management and performance appraisal.
