在胜利油田全面贯彻落实十八大精神,加快"打造世界一流,实现率先发展"的新形势下,基层思想政治工作要在全面推进油田改革发展中发挥应有作用,必须积极探索,注重理念创新、形式创新、机制创新、方法创新,寻求合理的工作定位,才能找准切入点,真正提升思想政治工作助推生产、提效经营、服务基层的效果,为油田的持续发展注入"正能量"。

To comprehensively implement the spirits of the 18th CPC National Congress and accelerate the pace of building leading--class oilfield, the ideological and political work should play its due role in comprehensive promotion of the reform and development of oilfield. In order to achieve it, we must actively explore, and attach great importance to the concept form, mechanism, and method of innovation in ideology. The reasonable work orientation and the precise cut--in point will really improve the ideological and political work and exert great influence upon boosting production, strengthening management, and improving service, which will in turn inject positive energy into the sustainable development of Shengli oilfield.
