摘要
"失独者"是国家计划生育政策风险的直接产物。在国家权力、市场理性以及传统文化的合谋下,作为弱势群体的"失独者"面临精神创伤、老无所养、经济风险的真实生活图景。但是,"失独者"也通过痛楚的身体、抱团取暖的方式、联合的上访来进行周旋和抗争,表达自身微弱的话语和正当的权利诉求。国家权力机构应充分考量政策运行的社会基础和现实环境,促进社会良序的发展,保障公民基本的权利。
＂Parents who have lost their only child＂ is the direct product of the risk of the national family planning policy. Under the Complicity of state power, rational market, as well as traditional culture, they have to face the real life picture, such as spirit trauma, loss of old-age security, and economic risk. However, they actively express their own weak discourse and legitimate rights by painful bodies, mutual help, and joint petition. National authority should take full consideration the running social basis of the policy and the real environment, promote the development of social order, and protect citizens＇ fundamental rights.
