南京航空航天大学"飞行器动力工程培优班"自组建以来既取得了诸多经验,也反映出学生流动性过大和发展机会不足等问题。优化培养方案的关键在于改进招生模式,关注学生心态的培养与潜能的开发,利用学校优势与国内外著名校企建立交流机制,实现资源利用的最大化,进一步从传统教育向现代教育转型。

Since ＂excellent class of aircraft power engineering＂ was formed, it has accumulated lots of experience. However, it has also reflected the tremendous mobility of students, the insufficient chance of development, and many other problems. The key of optimizing training plan lies in improving the enrollment mode, paying attention to cultivating students＇ mindset and developing their potentiality, and utilizing our university＇s advantages to establish an exchange mechanism with famous universities and enterprises at home and abroad, so as to make the most of resources and make the further transformation from traditional education to modern one.
