摘要 某供热锅炉房承担供暖负荷(供暖期)、生产工艺用蒸汽负荷(全年),蒸汽锅炉供汽压力为2.5 MPa,用户侧最高用汽压力为0.6 MPa。在供暖期,采用蒸汽锅炉供汽推动小型背压式汽轮机做功,用于驱动锅炉引风机、循环泵,汽轮机低压排汽供给用户,实现了热功联供。 A heating boiler room undertakes the heating load during heating period and the steam load for the production processes in the whole year. The steam pressure generated by the steam boilers is 2.5 MPa, and the maximum steam consumption pressure of the customers is 0.6 MPa. During heating period, the high pressure steam from the steam boilers is used to drive the small back-pressure steam turbine, thereby to drive the boiler induced draft fan and circulating pump. The low-pressure exhaust steam from the steam turbine is supplied to the customers. The combined heat and mechanical power is achieved.
