摘要
浦钢CRG管道工程的CO平均体积分数达45.2%,大大超过GB 50028—2006《城镇燃气设计规范》对CO体积分数的规定。采用FLUENT软件模拟,以GB 50028—2006规定的安全间距(即原安全间距)为参照,采取安全间距倍数修正的方法实现原安全间距的适用延续性。将原安全间距分别提高到2倍和4倍能满足GB 50028—2006对中毒和防火危害的防范。
The average volume fraction of CO in CRG pipeline project of Pudong Steel Company is up to 45.2% , which is much higher than the requirement for volume fraction of CO specified in the Code for Design of City Gas Engineering ( GB 50028 - 2006 ). Using FLUENT software as simulation tool, referred to the safety distance specified in the GB 50028 -2006 (hereafter referred to as original safety distance) , the expansion of applicability of the original safety distance is achieved by modifying its multiple. Increasing the o- riginal safety distance by two times or four times could meet the requirements for poisoning and fire prevention in the GB 50028 -2006.
