摘要
指出氢气加入到现有天然气管道后会引起管材方面的风险(氢脆和渗透)。在12T基准气条件下,为了不改变终端用户的燃具,混合气中氢气的最大允许体积分数为23%。根据氢气加入后管道输送混合气的数学模型,提出输气功率的定义,用以反映管道输送能量的能力。只需给现有燃气管网预留一定的压力,氢气加入后通过提高输送压力便可保证管道的输气功率不变。
The risk of materials such as hydro- gen embrittlement and permeation caused by adding hydrogen into existing natural gas pipeline is pointed out. Under the condition of 12T reference gas, the maximum allowable volume fraction of hydrogen in mix- ture is 23% to not change end-user appliances. Ac- cording to the mathematical model of transport gas mix- ture in pipeline after addition of hydrogen, the defini- tion for gas transport power is presented to reflect the pipeline gas transport capacity. A constant gas trans- port power is achieved by improving gas transport pres- sure after addition of hydrogen if only a certain pres- sure is reserved for existing natural gas pipeline.
