摘要
分析居民用户超常规用气(供暖壁挂炉、燃气空调用气)的发展趋势和价费改革动向,提出双表多路室内燃气设施布置方式和阶梯气价、分别计价等计价方法,探讨了超常规用户防"窃气"管理和安全用气管理思路。
The development trend for unconven- tional gas consumption of wall-hung heating boilers and gas air-conditioners by residential customers and the price and charge reform tendency are analyzed. The dual-meter multiple-way indoor gas facility arrangement mode and several pricing methods including ladder gas price and respective pricing are put forward. The ideas of gas theft prevention for unconventional users and safe gas consumption management are discussed.
