圆筒流化床是一种流化床的干燥设备,在无水葡萄糖干燥方面应用广泛,技术成熟,但还未在一水葡萄糖上的应用发现。经过实验摸索出了一套使用圆筒流化床干燥一水葡萄糖的新技术,其具有设备投资少、能耗大大降低、成品颗粒磨损小等优点,很适合推广使用。

Cylindrical fluidized bed is a new type of fluidized bed drying equipment, using in the anhydrous glucose drying widely. The mature technology is not found in the application of glucose monohydrate. To explore a kind of new cylindrical fluidized bed drying technology of glucose monohydrate. It has less equipment investment,less energy consumption and small wear particles and so on,and is suitable for popularization and application.
