摘要
以双脱甲氧基姜黄素粗品为研究对象,通过考察聚合物微球型号、洗脱溶剂和洗脱速度对双脱甲氧基姜黄素收率的影响,确定了最佳纯化工艺为:以型号为PS30-300的微球为最佳层析介质,先用50%甲醇洗脱,然后用体积分数85%的甲醇溶液洗脱,流速为1.8BV.h-1;按此工艺所得产品纯度>98%,收率>65%。该工艺过程简单、易操作、产品收率高且质量可控,可用于高纯度双脱甲氧基姜黄素的分离纯化。

The best conditions are that selecting the type of PS30-300 polymer particles as chromatography medium, the cluant is 50% and 85% methanol solution respectively, the flow rate is 1. 8 BV/h. This method is simple and reliable for purification of high-purity bisdemethoxycurcumin.
