聚合物微球纯化双脱甲氧基姜黄素的工艺

摘要 以双脱甲氧基姜黄素粗品为研究对象,通过考察聚合物微球型号、洗脱溶剂和洗脱速度对双脱甲氧基姜黄素收率的影响,确定了最佳纯化工艺为:以型号为PS30-300的微球为最佳层析介质,先用50%甲醇洗脱,然后用体积分数85%的甲醇溶液洗脱,流速为1.8BV.h-1;按此工艺所得产品纯度>98%,收率>65%。该工艺过程简单、易操作、产品收率高且质量可控,可用于高纯度双脱甲氧基姜黄素的分离纯化。 To purify the bisdemethoxycureumin by polymer particles. To optimize the purification conditions of bisdemethoxycurcumin by choosing the type of polymer particles, eluent concentration, elution speed. The best conditions are that selecting the type of PS30-300 polymer particles as chromatography medium, the cluant is 50% and 85% methanol solution respectively, the flow rate is 1. 8 BV/h. This method is simple and reliable for purification of high-purity bisdemethoxycurcumin.
