摘要
采用新型助剂对亚麻短纤维进行漂白处理,通过严格控制工艺参数,合理分解色素,提高短纤维的白度指标。试验结果表明,润湿剂X和稳定剂P对漂白性能影响较大,白度指标可达62.24%,同时断裂强度为86.61cN以上,满足纺纱技术指标要求,确保成纱质量。
New auxiliary is used for bleaching for flax staple fiber. With the strict control of process parameters, coloring matter is decomposed logically to improve the whiteness index for the staple fiber. The results show that the wetting agent X and stabilizer P impact greatly on bleaching property. The whiteness index can be up to 62.24%, and the breaking strength is above 86.61 cN, which can meet the technology requirements of spinning yarn to ensure the resultant yarn quality.
