摘要
辅导员和班主任是高职院校学生教育和学生管理的基石,在高职人才培养中发挥着极其重要的作用。由于诸多原因,高职辅导员、班主任工作得不到有效保障,工作中缺少必要的配合与协作,导致工作效率低下,影响高职人才培养质量。对此提出调整结构打造优秀团队、细化职责加强工作指向、创建交流机制提高工作实效和建立激励机制激发工作热情的对策建议。
The instructors and the teachers in charge are the foundation of students" education and management in higher vocational colleges. They play an important role in higher vocational talents training. However, because of many reasons, their work can not get effective guarantee and lack of necessary cooperation and coordination, resulting in low efficiency and affecting the quality of higher vocational talents training. This paper puts forward the following countermeasures: adjusting structure to create excellent team, refining responsibilities to strengthen working direction, creating communicative mechanism to improve working efficiency, and establishing motivation mechanism to stimulate working enthusiasm.
