某三级甲等中医院针灸科及推拿科护士心理资本的研究

Study of 3 A-level of first-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine department of acupuncture and moxibustion,massage department nurses′ psychological capital

目的:调查护士心理资本状况,探讨心理资本的影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷和心理资本问卷对某三级甲等中医院97名针灸科和推拿科护士进行问卷调查。结果:推拿科护士韧性水平高于针灸科护士。多元逐步回归分析显示,职称和人员配备状况是中医院护士心理资本的重要影响因素。结论:护理管理者应重视针灸科护士的韧性水平,采取相应措施提高护士心理资本水平,以提高护理事业的发展。

Objective： To survey the level of psychological capital among nurses, investigating influencing factors of psychological capital. Methods： 97 clinical nurses from 3A -level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were recruited and investigated with Psychological Capital Questionnaire（PCQ） and General Information Questionnaire. Results ： Resiliency level of nurses in massage department was higher than in acupuncture department. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that professional rifles and staffing situation were significant predictors of psychological capital among nurses from the 3A - level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion： Nursing managers should pay more attention to the level of resiliency among nurses, and to take appro- priate measures to improve the level of psychological capital among nurses and to promote the development of the nursing profession.
