空巢老人身体健康状况及护理需求分析

The physical health status and nursing demands analysis for empty nester

目的:了解空巢老人身体健康状况及相应的护理需求,为相关部门政策的制定提供理论依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷和便利抽样方法,对本市469名空巢老人进行了一对一的问卷调查并对调查结果进行了统计分析。结果:在被调查者中,空巢老人慢性病患病率为85.75%,其中居前5位的依次是高血压(51.19%)、糖尿病(40.39%)、慢性肺病(30.45%)、冠心病(24.41%)、慢性胃病(22.25%),同时患两种及以上疾病者占被调查者的61.56%;空巢老人护理需求分列前3位的依次是护理人员定期上门针对慢性病的防治指导(75.60%)、健康体检(86.80%)和心理疏导(76.00%)。结论:空巢老人健康状况堪忧,护理需求大,应加强对城市空巢老人生理、心理和社会健康的关注,充分利用社区医疗卫生资源,定期对空巢老人进行健康体检和相关知识的宣教,改善空巢老人健康状况,进而提高其生活质量。

Objective： To understand the empty - nesters＇ physical health status and corresponding nursing care needs, for the relevant departments to pro- vide theore：tical basis for the formulation of policy. Methods： Design their own questionnaires and convenience sampling method, 469 empty - nesters used one -on .-one questionnaires and results were statistically analyzed. Results：Respondents, the empty nesters chronic disease prevalence was 85.75%, which ranks the top five, followed by hypertension （51.19%）, diabetes （40.39%）, chronic lung disease （30.45%）, coronary heart disease （24.41%）, chronic stomach problems （22.25%） , while suffering from two kinds of diseases accounted for 61.56 percent of the respondents; empty - nesters care needs of the breakdown of the top three, foUowod by nurses regular visits for chronic disease prevention and control guidance （ 75.60% ）, healthy （86.80%）, and psychological counseling （76.00%）. Conclusion： Empty nesters health, worrying, care needs. Empty nesters physiological, psychological and social health concern should be to strengthen and make full use of community health resources, health examination and knowledge of the missionary on the empty - nesters on a regular basis, to improve the health status of empty - nesters, and thus improve their quality of life.
