牙线护理在第一恒磨牙冠修复术中的应用

Application of dental floss for oral care after titanium alloy porcelain crown of the first permanent molar

目的:观察牙线在第一恒磨牙钛合金烤瓷全冠修复术中的应用效果。方法:选取152例我院接受钛合金烤瓷单冠修复第一恒磨牙并在1年后回院复诊的病人为研究对象,根据病人在术后1年内是否使用牙线将其分为使用牙线的A组76例和不使用牙线的B组197例,观察两组病人手术前后牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数及术后1年病人满意度。结果:术后1年,A组病人的牙菌斑指数及牙龈指数均低于B组,A组满意度明显高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:第一恒磨牙钛合金烤瓷全冠修复术后1年,使用牙线的病人其患牙牙周健康状况明显优于不使用牙线的病人。

Objective： To investigate the effect of dental floss usage for oral care on periodontal health after titanium alloy porcelain crown of the first perma- nent molar. Methods： A total of 152 patients in our hospital were enreiled in this study. These patients were underwent titanium alloy porcelain crown resto- rations of the in＇st permanent molar and returned for visit one year after the restoration. Subjects were assigned to either group A or group B according to the compliance of use of dental floss. Patients in group A used dental floss to clean their whole oral cavity more than once a day, while group B less than once a day or once a day but not clean the whole oral cavity. Plaque index, gingival index were recorded before and one year after the operation and the difference between the two groups was assessed. Results： Regarding to plaque index and glnglval index, there was no difference between the two groups before opera- tion. However, beth plaque index and glnglval index were lower in group A than group B one year after operation, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： One year after titanium alloy porcelain crown restorations of the first permanent molar, periodontal conditions were better in patients cleaning their whole oral cavity more than once a day with dental floss than those did not.
