高校财政专项资金管理现状研究

伴随着近几年财政管理体制的改革,高校投资中专项资金比例逐渐增大,与此同时,高校专项资金监管的力度也随之提高,传统资金管理方法暴露出诸多的问题,本文针对这些问题,对其提出相应的解决对策,以便提升专项资金管理工作的效率。

Along with the reform of financial management syston in colleges and universities in the recent years, the prt^rtion of special funds in college investment increased gradually, at the same time, the superintendence strength to special fund increased, and the methods of traditional financial management exposed many problons. Aimed at these problems, put forward some corresponding countermeasures so as to enhance the efficiency of special funds management work.
