On the Practice and Research of Student-Oriented Concept in Business Management Course

基于以学生为本的教学思想,研究企业管理课程教学过程中存在的问题与原因,进而提出相应对策。教师不仅要热爱学生,还要时刻坚持以学生为本,进行课程教学的组织与设计;并要在教学过程中充分调动学生学习积极性,变被动学习为主动学习;要引导、拓展学生课外阅读,以全面发展学生自主学习能力。

Based on student - oriented principle, the questions and causes of teaching procedure in business and management course were researched, and the countermeasure was proposed. In order to develop student＇ s comprehen- sive acting on one＇ s own self- learning capability, teachers should love student, adhere on student - oriented princi- ple, and organize and design the course process. The teacher should also provoke student＇ s learning enthusiasm for learning on his own motivation, and guide and extend student＇s reading after school.
