摘要
锂离子电池在电动工具中一般都是经过串、并联后组合使用,电池组在组合时,对电池组内单体电池的容量要求都比较高,目前常规都要求组内容量差在20 mAh以内。通过对不同容量差的电池组性能的测试,发现容量差在30mAh以内,电池使用性能几乎没有影响,50 mAh以内对循环寿命略有影响,80 mAh以内对循环寿命有影响。
Lithium-ion cells for electric tool are usually used in series and parallel. The requirements for the capacity difference of the single cells within the battery pack are relatively high, and generally, the capacity difference is no more than 20 mAh. The performance of the battery pack with different capacity difference was studied. It is found that the capacity difference within 30 mAh has little effect on the battery performance; when the capacity difference is over 50 mAh, there is slight effect on the battery cycle life; when the capacity difference is over 80 mAh, there is great effect on the battery cycle life.
