摘要
以PTFE多孔膜为基体,以聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)和四甲基己二胺(TMHDA)为原料,采用流延法制备QPECH/PTFE复合阴离子交换膜。对复合阴离子交换膜的微观形貌、热稳定性、离子交换容量、离子传导率以及膜电极性能进行表征。结果表明:复合阴离子交换膜热稳定性得到增强,离子交换容量为1.51 mmol/g,离子传导率可达1.02×10-2S/cm;在H2/O2碱性燃料电池中表现出较好的电化学性能,开路电压为1.003 V,最大功率密度为16.4 mW/cm2。
Novel QPECH/PTFE composite anion exchange membrane was prepared with polyepichlorohydrin (PECH) and tetramethyl hexamethylene diamine (TMHDA) by casting method. The membrane morphology, thermal stability, ion exchange capacity and ionic conductivity were characterized. The performance of membrane electrode assembly (MEA) was also investigated. The results show that the thermal stability of the composite membrane is improved. The ion exchange capacity of the membrane synthesized at 120 ℃ is 1.51 mmol/g. The ionic conductivity comes up to 1.02× 10^-2 S/cm at 70 ℃. The hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell using this membrane exhibits good electrochemical performance. The open circuit voltage is 1.003 V and the maximum power density is 16.4 mW/cm2.
