摘要
以拓展开关电源"软开关动作"状态为出发点,提出了一种先进的ZVZCS软开关电源的控制技术。其整体电路由三相桥式全控整流、功率因数校正和移相全桥零电压软开关DC/DC直流电源变换,重点在于软开关技术的应用,对全桥变换的软开关电源进行了理论上的分析和实验研究。其中包括开关电源工作中开关损耗的产生原因、全桥式变换电路控制方式的研究和分析、软开关实现方式、ZVZCS软开关变换器主电路的分析与设计。最后对全桥变换的软开关电源进行了实验验证,证明了此种ZVZCS软开关电源的有效性和可行性。
A novel advanced ZVZCS power source technology control principle for natural soft-switching was presented based on the development of the natural soft-switching act-state for the switching power source. The circuit was composed of three-phase bridge full rectifier, power factor correction and phase shift full bridge ZV soft-switching DC/DC transform, and the key soft-switching technique was adopted. The power source of full bridge transform was processed and analyzed. It included switching waste cause in power source turned, full bridge transform circuit control mode of research and analysis, soft-switching act-state, ZVZCS converter main circuit analyze and design. Finally, the switching power source of the full bridge transform experiment was completed, which demonstrated the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
