一种利用BPFN的脉冲功率发生系统的设计

摘要 利用BPFN设计了一个小型的脉冲发生装置,采用5级的Blumlein脉冲形成网络(BPFN),输出脉宽为630 ns,可利用脉冲变压器实现几十千伏脉冲峰值。还设计了一种可控型的火花隙开关作为电路的触发开关。利用Pspice软件仿真电路分析其在不同的负载阻抗下的输出特性,导出其匹配阻抗。通过实验验证,与仿真分析结果一致。 A pulsed power generator using a five-stage Blumlein pulse forming network (BPFN) was designed in this paper. The width of the output pulse is 630 ns, and the peak voltage of the output pulse can be changed using a pulse transformer. A controllable spark gap switch was designed as a trigger switch. The output characteristics with different load impedances were simulated by Pspice. The impedance matching was analyzed and verified by experiments.
