摘要 国家电网公司将全寿命周期成本(life cycle costs,简称LCC)管理理念在全国范围内进行推广,随着LCC应用的深入,现行的模式体现出了一定的局限性,突出表现于:没有统一的计算指标;缺乏对敏感性因素的考虑;只注重了财务分析,缺少全面性的经济分析;对项目风险估计不足等。这些局限性使得LCC分析带有片面性,不利于项目决策者进行决策。因此,就以上局限性对LCC在电力行业的进一步使用展开探讨,建议在LCC分析中统一指标性数据,并采用敏感性分析、经济性分析及风险分析。 Life cycle costs (hereinafter referred to as LCC) management philosophy has been promoted nationally by China state grid corporation. With the further application of LCC, the current model reflects some limitations, and the most prominent are as follow: no uniform calculation of indicators; lack of sensitivity considerations; it only focuses on financial analysis but is lack of a comprehensive economic analysis; the project's risks assessment is inadequate. These limitations will result in partial analysis and even affect the judgments of the project decision-makers. Therefore, a further study of the use of LCC in Chinese power grid concerning the above limitations was given in this article; some suggestions were put forward such as to unify the indicator parameters and adopt the sensitivity analysis, economic analysis and risks analysis.
