背俞穴温针灸干预卒中后抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Warm Needling of Back-Shu Points for Intervention in Post-stroke Depression

目的观察背俞穴温针灸治疗对卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者神经功能康复及早发性抑郁状态的影响。方法将60例PSD患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用背俞穴温针灸,治疗前后用Barthel指数、NIHSS量表和HAMD量表评估,并观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后神经功能及抑郁状态功能均有明显改善,NIHSS评分、HAMD评分均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),MBI评分均明显升高(P<0.05),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论背俞穴温针灸能较好改善PSD患者运动功能及抑郁状态。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of warm needling of Back-Shu points on neural dysfunction and early-onset depression in patients with post-stroke depression （PSD）. Method Sixty PSD patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group （30 cases） and a control group （30 cases）. Both groups received routine treatment. The treatment group received warm needling of Back-Shu points additionally. An evaluation was made using the Barthel index, NIHSS and HAMD before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were assessed after treatment. Result Neural function and depressive status improved significantly, the NIHSS and HAMD scores decreased significantly and the MBI score increased significantly in the two groups after treatment compared with before （P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warm needling of Back-Shu points can better improve motor function and depressive status in patients with post-stroke depression.
