摘要
随着2012年新《医院会计制度》制度的实施和医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,公立医院对人、财、物资源精细化管理的关注程度日益增高。以财务物流一体化为特点的ERP系统与以灵活的工作流管理为特点的OA系统的整合,为医院资源精细化管理提供了有效的信息化平台。本文介绍了ERP与OA整合在北京大学人民医院应用的成功案例。
With the implementation of new financial regulations for hospitals in 2012 and deep reform of health care system in China, public hospitals pay more attention to the management of hospital resources, including human resources, financial resources and logistics resources.'An efficient information system for fine management of hospital resources is constructed by integrating ERP which is characterized by integration of finance and logistics with OA which is characterized by customization-supporting workflow. The successful experience of integration of ERP and OA system in Peking University People's Hospital is introduced in this paper.
