在眼科临床中,常见儿童因一只眼为小眼球或无眼球导致眶面部的不对称畸形,这种畸形给患者的身心带来极大的负面影响。目前,临床治疗常用的方法是对患侧利用植入物刺激眼眶生长,尤其是针对处于眼眶发育旺盛期的儿童,从而缓解面部致畸情况。不同的患者个体状况各异,因此,眶内植入物的选择非常重要。本文通过对大量国内外文献的检索,描述了各种眶内植入材料的使用状况,对不同材料的优缺点进行整理和总结,并将不同植入材料进行对比,为临床中术前选择和材料研发提供参考。

It is commonly seen that children with anophthalmos or microphthalmia suffering facial asymmetry in ophthalmologic clinic. It will bring patients both physical and psychological negative effect. The common therapeutic method in clinic is implanting an ophthalmic implant to stimulate the orbital growth, especially to children who are in period of exuberant growth, Different patients have different individual situations in clinic. Thus, choosing right ophthalmic implant is very important. Through searching plenty of literature at home and abroad, this paper describes the use condition of different ophthalmic implants and summarizes their merit and demerit, which can provide a reference for further study.
