摘要
目的设计软件优化会诊流程,加快会诊效率,提高会诊质量。方法引入精益管理理念,绘制鱼骨图,对现行会诊流程进行缺陷分析,针对关键节点优化设计院内科间会诊电子流程。结果建立院内科间会诊电子系统,消除所有无增值性的时间、劳动和步骤,达到申请、应邀会诊科室间的无缝连接管理。结论基于精益管理的院内科间会诊的信息化管理,可动态监管会诊工作全程,有效促进会诊质量的整体提升。
Objective To optimize the consultation process and improve the efficiency and quality of consultations. Methods Through drawing cause-effect diagrams of the present consultation process and making analysis of defects existed in the process under the guidance of lean management, the e-process of inter-sectors consultation in the hospital can get optimized by improvement and correction of those defects. Results An inter-sectors consultation E-process system is established in the hospital with elimination of time, labor and procedures that are of no additional value so as to realize inter-sectors management between involved departments who make requests for the consultation and participate in the consultation by request. Conclusion Information management of inter-sectors consultations in the hospital based on lean management helps to accomplish dynamical and whole-process supervision of consultations and promotes the overall quality of consultations in an effective way.
