本文通过对四线法测量接地电阻的不确定度进行分析,找出影响该方法的不确定度主要因素并进行评定,计算合成标准不确定度,得到测量不确定度的最终报告。

Through analysis of uncertainty of grounding resistance measured by four-line method, this paper aims to find and evaluate the key impact factors of uncertainty, and calculate combined standard uncertainty, then get the final report of the uncertainty.
