X线数字拍片吻合式遮线器在临床的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用吻合部位的遮线野,遮除矩形限束器中无用有害面积射线的同时必然大幅提高影像质量。方法将遮线器组合为磁铁吸附可任意调节的铅橡皮装置,其上按拍片部位的防护要求和皮肤或器官的轮廓刻画出照射野,遮除矩形照射野遮挡不严的无用原发射线,射线束吻合式照射到应显示的部位与器官上。应用RTI DoseGuard剂量面积乘积仪和RTI WinODS剂量软件检测计算出吻合照射野的剂量面积乘积值与传统拍片的矩形照射野面积乘积值并相比较。结果吻合遮线器避免了许多无用与无辜照射和对高敏感器官的高强度辐射,使总散射线量和X线量子噪声随之减少的同时影像的清晰度、对比度大幅提高。结论吻合式遮线器弥补了传统遮线器遮挡不严之不足,遮除了各种无用射线照射面积,使辐射剂量面积乘积值mGy.cm2大幅减少,从而使影像质量大幅提高,且实用、易推广。 Objective To minimize unnecessary and harmful exposure of none-targeted areas to X ray for great improvement of the imaging quality. Methods Aider assemblage of the adjustable filter into a lead- bearing rubber device with adsorptability of magnets, the radiation field can be specified and adjusted by complying the corresponding shielding requirements for the targeted area and drawing the outline of the targeted area, which ensures necessary and effective exposure of the targeted areas to X ray. Through applications of RTI DoseGuard dose area product meter and RTI WinODS dose software, the dose area product value of the radiation field is calculated and compared with that of traditional rectangular radiation field. Results Application of this adjustable filter can avoid a large amount of unnecessary and harmful radiation on the none-targeted area as well as highly-intensified radiation on the highly- sensitive targeted area, which reduces the total quantity of scattered rays and X-ray quantum noise and highly increases the contrast ratio and definition of the image. Conclusion As a practical and easily- operated method, the adjustable filter improves the deficiency of traditional filter in effective avoidance of unnecessary radiation field, which greatly decreases the radiation dose area product value mGyocm2 and enltanees the imaRin~ aualitv to a large extent.
